Job Requirement

Responsibility


– Creative management for relevant digital ads to include concepting creative, writing creative briefs, proofing creative, and writing and testing ad copies.
– Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
– Generate reports and insights on marketing campaign performance
– Generate creative content for content marketing to improve campaign performance
– Outreach and network with publishers and influencers
– Liaise with vendors for production

Job Requirement

– Min 2 years digital marketing experience
– Proficient in English and Khmer (Speak and Write)
– Experience in Social media marketing
– Knowledge of digital media space and the KPIs and methods used to measure digital advertising
– Capable of handling tight deadlines and high-volume output.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively
– Capable of generating consistent and accurate reporting results tying back to campaign objectives
– Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid and organic search, social media, email, programmatic, and in-feed native
– Proficiency with industry-standard digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, WordPress, and more. Keeps up to date with the newest analytics and marketing trends.
– Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro

Responsibility


– Understand the company's direction, develop and plan the marketing strategy (online & offline).
– Organize market research and report results to the business.
– Design marketing campaigns that will drive both acquisition, retention and transaction for the growth of YouAdMe application.
– Involvement in ground events/ acquisition activities to ensure setup, ground team's execution and results.
– Manage budget allocation between across both online and offline channels.
– Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/weekly and provide recommendations based on users insights.
– Select, evaluate and own relationships with vendors to deliver high-quality work within timelines and budgets provided.
– Identify and/or review potential co-partnerships that are of brand fit to YouAdMe and negotiate for mutually beneficial terms.


Job Requirement


– Bachelor’s degree preferably with major in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration.
Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful both traditional and digital marketing campaigns (SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns), integrated marketing campaigns, mobile marketing, and direct marketing campaigns.
– At least 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience.
Experience in Start-ups, Technology or Marketing Agency would be preferred

Responsibility


– Identify, build relationships with merchants and manage their campaign performance
– Be accountable for merchant activity all the way until first order (pitching, signing, on-boarding) before handing to the account management team
– Always follow-up with merchants for post campaign activities
– Work closely with acquisition and marketing department to ensure campaigns are executed
– Driving growth and Higher ROI
– Achieve KPI monthly on acquisition of brands and sales amount
– Pre brand-meeting report and monthly report to head of department

– Know how to use camera, figuring out what type of equipment to use.
– Adding computer graphics and special effects to a video.
– Setting up and tearing down cameras, audio recorders, lighting, microphones, and props

– Know how to use (Premiere Pro, After effect, Animation, Photoshop)
– Portfolio needed
– Understanding of post-production techniques
– Must know computerized tape editing software and equipment
– Follow the workflow and respecting the deadline
– Can work in a variety of digital venues with software to edit and finish film work
– Ability to capture snippets of film and be able to edit it into a cohesive story
– Organization to manage their time efficiently
– At least 2-year-experience
– Ability to speak, read and write in English.
