Responsibility


– Responsible for growing consumer and brands for the YouAdMe brand
– Responsible for increasing brand awareness, consideration, preference / loyalty
– Create and define brand strategy, including positioning, brand architecture and value proposition;
– Responsible for driving brand awareness, consideration, preference and loyalty through a whole host of brand marketing initiatives;
– Develop our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all collaterals and touch points;
– Write immaculate creative briefs, bringing them to life for the creative teams
– Manage creative agencies and brief in-house creative teams to deliver the most insightful and creative work possible
– Drive forward the company’s brand strategy and campaigns, working with and mentoring the acquisition and marketing team
– Build and manage a brand messaging calendar through the year


Job Requirement


– Bachelor’s degree
– Expert knowledge of brand marketing, marketing strategy and planning
– Should have been in a leadership / team management role for 3-4 years
– 3-4 years marketing experience
– Creative Agency/ Technology industry background only

– Have proven experience of leading and managing a team
– Experience in hiring & talent acquisition
– Have superior analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
– Have superior business acumen, technical knowledge within multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies
– Possess advanced verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence
– Have superior project management skills, including time and risk management, and project structuring
– Have advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
– Have advanced leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, and management in a global, cross-functional, and virtual environment
– Are able to independently draft and present deliverable, recommendations, and communications strategies
– Can manage human capital to drive workforce development and achieve desired result
