You can submit as many reviews as you like. We would advise to submit quality reviews over a large number of reviews as these reviews would still be quality-vetted by the brand owner.

Q: How can I be rewarded for my review?

Every campaign will indicate the reward amount for an approved review. By submitting quality reviews, you stand a higher chance to be approved and rewarded by the brand, subject to conditions listed in the campaign requirement.

Q: How can I improve the quality of my review?
A:

 

YouAdMe regularly conducts training seminars to improve the quality of reviews generated by YouAdMe members. All YouAdMe members are welcome to participate.

Q: How can I submit my reviews?

You have to download the app and create an account. After that you can choose a campaign that interests you and follow the respective requirements indicated.

 

 

Q: How can I withdraw the money from my AdMe Wallet?
A:

You can transfer the available balance from your Adme Wallet to your Wing account and withdraw it from any nearest Wing outlets.

You can choose to withdraw, spend it on our approved list of merchants or transfer your credit to another person’s AdMe Wallet.

You would be notified via the YouAdMe app to share the approved review on your registered Facebook page. After doing so, the respective reward would be credited into your AdMe Wallet.

As YouAdMe aims to maximize marketing outreach for partnering brands’ products and services at the lowest possible cost, YouAdMe is not charging brands any fee for the campaigns they run on YouAdMe.

Q: Can I amend my on-going campaign?

No amendments are allowed once the submitted campaign is approved and gone live. It would be accessible to all consumers.

Q: Can I create another campaign while there is an on-going campaign?

Yes, you are welcome to do so.

Q: Do I need pay before launching a new campaign?

We would require a deposit amount equivalent of the budget stated when you create a campaign. This deposit would be only deducted upon the submitted review is being selected. The reward would then be transfer to the winning consumer.

Once your profile has been approved, you would be able to create your campaign upon login.

You have to download the app and create an account and provide the necessary information to complete the sign up process. Any missing information would result in your profile not being approved.

Upon submission of a campaign, our brand management team would review and get back within 3 working days. Approved campaigns will automatically go live.

Q: I did not receive much reviews on my products and services, is there any obligation on my part?

In the event that your campaign receives below 19 reviews and you did not find any suitable reviews, there is no obligation for you to fulfil the “Minimum Reviews Approved” requirement.

Q: What is the minimum reward amount I can set for a consumer review?

The minimum reward amount per consumer review is USD$10.

Q: Why can’t I create a new campaign?
A:

 

Only company with approved profile shall be able to create a new campaign. Do kindly check your profile page and ensure the necessary fields is properly filled.
