You can submit as many reviews as you like. However, only the best quality reviews will be selected by the brand.

Q: How can I be rewarded for my review?
A:

By submitting high-quality and creative reviews you stand a higher chance to be approved and rewarded by the brand. Just note that all the requirements listed in the campaign are followed, or your review may not be selected.

Q: How can I improve the quality of my review?
A:

You can go to our page and click ‘community’ to see the posts of our winners and learn from them. YouAdMe also regularly conducts training seminars to improve the quality of reviews generated by our YouAdMe members. Stay up to date through our Facebook page, in order to view the latest news of regarding our upcoming seminars.

Q: What should I do when my review is approved?

You will be notified via the YouAdMe app to share the approved review on your Facebook page. After doing so, the respective reward will be credited to your AdMe Wallet.

Q: What can I do with money in my AdMe Wallet?
A:

You can choose to withdraw, spend it on our approved list of merchants or transfer your credit to another person’s AdMe Wallet.

Q: How can I withdraw the money from my AdMe Wallet?
A:

You can transfer the available balance from your AdMe Wallet to your Wing account and withdraw it from any Wing outlet.

Q: How can I sign up?

Once your profile has been approved, you would be able to create your campaign upon login.

Q: How long does it take for a campaign to go live?
A:

Upon submission of a campaign, our brand management team would review and get back within 3 working days. Approved campaigns will automatically go live.

Q: Can I amend my on-going campaign?
A:

No amendments are allowed once the submitted campaign is approved and gone live. It would be accessible to all consumers.

Q: Can I create another campaign while there is an on-going campaign?
A:

Yes, you are welcome to do so.

Q: What is the minimum reward amount I can set for a consumer review?
A:

The minimum reward amount per consumer review is USD$10.

Q: I did not receive much reviews on my products and services, is there any obligation on my part?
A:

In the event that your campaign receives below 19 reviews and you did not find any suitable reviews, there is no obligation for you to fulfil the “Minimum Reviews Approved” requirement.
